Happy New Moon Solar Eclipse BBs
Today is a new moon solar eclipse happening at 11:43pm in Sagittarius & depending on where this cosmic event hits your natal chart you’re either cruising or colliding with some parts of yourself that you thought were sorted out.
This is the last eclipse of the Sagittarius/Gemini eclipse cycle that started in June 2020. What was going on for you then? Consider what habits or behaviors you thought you had outgrown since then, or what lessons are coming back to remind you…there’s still a little bit of work to finish up!
Don’t take it as a set back, take it as an opportunity to take another look around before you leave. Are you leaving anything behind? Any work left undone?
For me this eclipse is sitting on my midheaven, which is the point in our natal chart that illuminates our cosmic job description. As this eclipse increases my awareness on how much work I have done around my professional life since June 2020, it also doesn’t hide how much work I still want to accomplish.
Wherever this eclipse event happens in your chart will be emphasized with the influence of Sag style. A fire sign, Sagittarius is confident & hell bent on living life on their terms. A little dangerous when provoked, but loyal till the end.

Collect your journal, favorite magical amulets, treasures, or simply adorn yourself in your favorite outfit. The one that makes you feel really sexy & empowered. Make some tea & grab your beloved mug. Throw all your goodies in a basket or backpack &…
Go outside! To honor the adventurous spirit of Sagittarius, adventure out into the world. Find a place that you feel inspired by. It could be your local park, somewhere a little off the beaten path, or you can create your own scene at home with some exotic music or incense. Anything that takes you out of your everyday & into dream world.
Set up a little alter. Lay down a tapestry & display your favorite treasures. Pour your tea or whatever libation you choose into your favorite vessel. Smudge your space with whatever calls to you (my favorite is Frankincense & Myrrh incenses).
Now, find a comfortable seat & close your eyes.Begin to slow down your breath & relax your body. Start with the crown of your head & breath all the way down to your toes, allowing the body simply relax. Drop the shoulders, relax the belly, & feel the earth support your body. Allow this to be exactly how it is, you’re not looking for perfection here, just be as present as possible.
*a trick for the monkey mind, imagine your thoughts as clouds. Let them float across your mind eye…
When you feel your body relax ask yourself to reveal what habit or behavior you’re ready to let go of. What is no longer is serving you & your evolution.
Don’t overthink it & write down the very first thing that comes to mind. If nothing comes to mind, just start writing. Get it out onto paper.
When you feel complete you can (safely) burn this paper, allowing for the element of Sagittarius to take whatever you're ready to let go of & recycle it into the atmosphere.
Now that you have let go of the thing that’s been holding you back, imagine what you would like to replace this internal space with.
Feel GOOD about this thing, as if you already have it. Explore how it feels in your body. When it comes to manifesting, gratitude is one of the most important ingredients. Grab your journal again & write out how this thing manifests in your life. How it improves your life. Dream up the thing your manifesting & give it life!
Take this piece of paper & fold it up. Carry it in your wallet, or leave it on your alter so that you see it daily to remind yourself of the work you have done. Of what you have released & what you are calling in.
